With a background in MMA, BJJ, and Kickboxing, Calibre offers a unique blend of experience and expertise to all clients. Combining skills learnt through intense training and competition, with the knowledge gained from Exercise-Science and Nutrition-Studies.

Over the past decade, with growing experience and passion, I’ve coached individuals on their health and fitness journeys. Having worked in the highly competitive athlete environment, I’ve gained valuable insights into discipline, focus, and performance optimization.
